Services
- Offers direct support to victims of domestic violence or abuse going through the Family court system by offering: information about family law procedures, assistance in recording the history of abuse for court documentation, safety planning related to court attendances, debriefing lawyers appointments, court outcomes, and accompaniment to family court proceedings, assistance through legal process and provides information and support in accessing Legal Aid and other community supports.

Referral Process
- Can book an appointment by calling Anova’s crisis and support line (519-642-3003), where a volunteer or staff can connect them with the Family Court Support Program Staff.

Services
- Provides free legal assistance to those who cannot afford a lawyer, and is staffed by Western Law students working under supervision of lawyers

Services
- NLS provides traditional poverty law services to low-income residents of London-Middlesex area. Including providing folx with legal advice and referrals, and on occasion providing legal representation.
Eligibility
- A worker will access eligibility when individuals call the agency. NLS primarily assists with OW, ODSP, and CPP-D appeals, some employment matters, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- If your income is from Ontario Works or ODSP you are eligible, you may also be eligible if you are on CPP or WSIB or if you have a minimal working income. You may still be able to receive legal advice even if you are employed.
