- Affordable and flexible counselling services, in-person or virtually to those in the London area
Eligibility
- Supports 16 years or older in age (does not offer services to those at risk of suicide or in crisis)
Referral Process
- No professional referral required; Can take self-referral
Cost
- Standard rate is $130.00 per session with a psychotherapist or social worker
- However, “Generous Donors Affordability Stream” Program is a income strategy program to assist with possible affordable counselling services.
Waitlist
- Four-week waitlist, however counselling services through the “Generous Donors Affordability Stream” can have a waitlist from two months to one year.
