Referral Process

• Can self-refer
• Must fill out an intake form by emailing you full name and date of birth of person you are referring to Sue Legree at officemanager@amandabell.ca
  • Once the referral form is completed, you’ll be put on the waitlist for Dr. Amanda Bell & Associates services.

Cost for Services

• $150.00 per session

Waitlist

• This organization does have a waitlist for daytime counselling, which is about a month’s waitlist, and for evening counselling the waitlist is for six months

• Does take VQRP funding
• Fees for service vary between clinicians. NavOn does not offer a sliding scale at this time
• NavOn requires service users is that service users will need to complete a fee agreement upon signing up for services, this is part of the process that happens at the intake interview with NavOn and service users

• Hours: The hours of operation vary between clinicians. Typically, North Counselling and Psychotherapy is open Monday – Friday, but folx are encouraged to inquire about hours of operation further upon meeting with a clinician and or at the time of referral.

• North Counselling and Psychotherapy allows self-referral

• Upon referral, a representative will discuss your needs to match you with the appropriate clinician

Cost

• Fee vary among clinicians: psychologists fee approx. $210 per hour, psychotherapist students’ fees are around $100 per hour, social worker fee range from $140 to $175 per hour
  • Organization supports a variety of benefit plans to support the cost of counselling services
  • Pay for services after appointment with clinicians
