Prepared for the Law Commission of Canada, this 27-page paper reviews the literature about child abuse in institutions, such as residential schools, and organizations and social institutions that are not necessarily residential in nature. It was a collaboration between the Centre and Dr. David Wolfe of the University of Western Ontario.
