ADR-LINK maintains three rosters of ADR practitioners who are available to take cases in the South West Region of Ontario. Several mediators and FGC coordinators have experience engaging in ADR with First Nations or Métis families. In addition, we endeavour to develop the capacity to offer Aboriginal specific ADR services, called Original Dispute Resolution. The ODR Roster is as follows:

The assignment of a specific ADR professional to a case for Original Dispute Resolution requires the approval of the Band Representative and the families involved.
